Fortunately, her son had taken several months' worth of Gracie Bullyproof -- the same program we teach at our Academy. He came out of the altercation unscathed and with a renewed sense of self-confidence.

The bottom-line is that Gracie Jiu-Jitsu works and it's especially effective for children who are victims of bullies. Please continue to spread the word about our program, and invite young ones you know to one of our Bullyproof classes. They're held on Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays at 11:15 a.m.
