Week in Review: Throws, Attacks0 comments
Team:
Excellent work on the mats this week! We covered some nice techniques from the mount, no-hands guard drills and cross-side attacks, on top of the usual throws we incorporate into every class. As for the throws covered this week, below are videos that cover the details pertaining to each technique: O Goshi (Hip Throw) Morote Seionage (Two Arm Shoulder Throw) Tai Otoshi (Body Drop) Harai Goshi (Sweeping Hip Throw) -- also good for MMA, as seen below. Ippon Seionage (One Arm Shoulder Throw) Koshi Guruma (Hip Wheel) See you all on the mat -- Monday! Watch 2009 World Cup Pro Finals0 comments

Thank you again for coming out and supporting the Carnival for the Cure last weekend. Below are a few photos from the event. Giving back to the community in which we live and train is a vital part of our school's philosophy, and we're proud of your commitment to that. Enjoy the Derby, and we'll see you all on the mat -- this Monday!
